Order

* Send us an email request including the product name in the subject heading. * Specify the product, quantity, and your address, including country, in your email. * We will confirm your request, check our inventory, and send you an invoice. * Airmail shipping to the United States takes about a week, seven to ten days. * Product ships upon payment confirmation.

Payment

* Payment information will be included in your invoice. * Our bank accepts payments in U.S. dollars. * All payment expenses, i.e. wire transfers, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. * We accept PAYPAL.

About Shipping Damage
1.Take pictures of the damage and tags associated with the package.

2.Contact your courier, they should write a "damage report". Ask for a copy.

3.After the buyer having done so, seller now notify EMS about the damage and EMS in turn, will contact your courier to validate sellers claim. They will ask for that "damage report". Without it, the claim is invalid, no basis.

4.EMS reviews the report and will contact the seller about the result of the report.

Important: Close communications, follow ups of both seller and buyer is
very important for a speedy process and to make sure that the couriers
and EMS do their part in a timely manner. I have done this a few
times in the past and it worked every time.


Customs (import duty)

*As far as we know, the U.S. does not charge any import duties.  We do not know if this is true for other countries.

Product Liability

Buyer warrants to and in favor of Seller that the goods will be used fully complying with all safety and operating procedures set out in the operation or service manuals, if any, all instructions of Seller and all applicable laws and regulations regarding the safe handling and operation of the goods. Seller shall not be liable for any cost, expense, loss, damage or liability arising out of or in relation to any claim made or threatened to be made by any third party based on any death, bodily injury or property damage occurring or suspected to occur directly or indirectly out of the goods ( collectively the "Liabilities"), including without limitation, a claim based on the product liability under the applicable laws in the country where Buyer locates and markets the goods.
